Refund Policy

Order Delivery & Refund Eligibility

We carefully process and ship every order to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds will only be issued under the following condition:

  • The customer does not receive their order, and tracking confirms the package was not successfully delivered.


Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Minor color differences due to screen settings

  • Normal wear and tear


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking does not show a confirmed delivery and you have not received your package, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at:

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier before issuing any replacement or refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide delivery confirmation and supporting evidence to the payment provider.
